I have no idea what this sign is for:

Apparently it was made in Finland along with the playground, although the playground is in China.

If this was made in Finland then perhaps the code is in Finnish. We would need someone that has knowledge of Finnish to assist us in translating,

I don't even know if it's supposed to be a code, for all I know it's a language primer for young kids.

I asked a couple Finnish people and they said they didn't recognize it as anything significant...
